Ajo community Golf Course and RV Park

Our History

Ajo Community Golf Course was established in 1946 and started as an officers’ club for the Air Force during WWII before transitioning to a recreational hub for the community. The 9-hole public course is currently owned by Pima County and operated by a 501(c)3 non-profit. The facility includes a driving range, putting green, bar and restaurant and banquet space.  Electric golf carts and pull carts are available for rental.


Today our golf course survives only because of the hard work of volunteers and donors. We'd love for you to become a part of our team. There are Work Camper opportunities available, or just a few hours of work on the golf course or in the Clubhouse. For more info email: ajogolfcourse@gmail.com

Hours

Golf Course OPEN DAILY from dawn till dusk • EVERYBODY WELCOME! 

A QR code and honor box are located at hole 1 to pay for golf when the Clubhouse is closed.  


Clubhouse Bar/Pro-Shop is open this summer  

(WITH LIMITED HOURS UNTIL NOVEMBER)

SERVING SNACKS, BEER & WINE

Summer Bar/Pro-Shop Hours:

FRIDAYS 8 A.M. - 6 P.M.


The RV Park and Restaurant will open for the Winter Season from November 1-April 30th.
